and key stakeholders globallyCollaborate with regional teams to track pipeline performance and report business metricsBuild and lead a high-performing global team focused on delivering customer-centric solutionsRequired Qualifications that Enable Your SuccessAdvanced degree in Nutraceuticals, Life Sciences, Chemistry, Engineering, or related fieldMinimum of 10 years of experience in nutraceutical actives or related marketsProven track record of P&L; leadership and executing global business strategiesStrong global network and deep understanding of nutraceutical marketsExcellent communication and negotiation skills across senior stakeholdersDemonstrated ability xysqume to lead cross?functional teams in a global environmentStrong analytical and data?driven decision?making capabilitiesPreferred Qualifications that Drive You ForwardExtensive experience working in a global matrix organizationDemonstrated leadership in building and developing high?performing teamsStrong strategic mindset with focus on innovation and continuous improvementExperience in driving transformation and sustainable growth initiativesWillingness to travel *****% globally#J-*****-Ljbffr
