pAt Grand Hotel Timeo, a Belmond Hotel, we are looking for a passionate and skilled Chef de Partie, who will contribute to create fresh, seasonal, high quality and tailored dishes for each guest. /p h3Primary Responsibilities Include /h3 ul liManage a specific kitchen section autonomously (e.g., starters, first courses, main courses, side dishes, or pastry), ensuring high-quality standards, in accordance with the Food Beverage Manifesto of Belmond. /li liPrepare and present dishes according to the Executive Chef's recipes and guidelines, focusing on aesthetics and taste. /li liCollaborate with the rest of the brigade to ensure an efficient and timely service, respecting ticket times. /li liEnsure compliance with sustainability standards by promoting responsible kitchen practices—such as minimizing food waste—in alignment with the group's environmental policies. /li liKeep the workstation clean and organized, complying with hygiene, sanitary, and food safety regulations (HACCP). /li liSupport the training and onboarding of commis de cuisine, fostering a collaborative environment and professional growth. /li /ul h3Requirements /h3 h3What You Bring /h3 ul liPrevious experience of at least 2 years in a similar position within luxury hotels or fine-dining restaurants. /li liExcellent knowledge of culinary techniques and raw materials, with a strong focus on seasonality and quality. /li liAbility to work in a team, flexibility, and a problem-solving orientation. /li liStrong adherence to procedures and meticulous attention to detail. /li /ul h3What We Offer: /h3 pAt Belmond we pride ourselves on fostering a culture built on kindness, active listening, and genuine connections with our colleagues and guests.
