ph3Overview /h3 pbSales Administrator (Italian, English French speaking) /b /p pRef: WL46772 /p pA subsidiary of a multi-functional trading house in Milan is currently looking for a Sales Administrator for the Chemicals Department. /p pIn this role you will be responsible for executing and controlling import export business for company products. The Sales Administrator is responsible for the order handling process within the team, from order receipt to control of payment including arrangement of all kinds of logistics within Europe and Overseas. /p pbTYPE: /b Permanent, full-time /p pbWORKING HOURS: /b Monday to Friday, 40 hours, Flex-Time system and Lavoro da remoto up to 50% of month /p pbSTART: /b ASAP /p pbLOCATION: /b Milan, Italy (Currently 50% in office, 50% work from home.) /p h3Responsibilities /h3 ul liExecuting order processing for Import Export business including timely issuing of all relevant documents with the help of the merchandize management system /li liOn time supervision of Import Export business incl. logistics and warehousing /li liCo-ordination of logistics in cooperation with forwarding company to arrange timely delivery from suppliers and to customers including handling/checking of relevant logistic invoices /li liIssuing invoices, applications for internal credit limit and external credit insurance,
control of payment receipt including dunning process /li liProvision of sales figures for sales staff and manager /li liGeneral customer and supplier service /li liSales support to sales team and section manager /li /ul h3Ideal Candidate / Qualifications /h3 ul liIdeally 2 years+ of experience in import/export administration, incl. co-ordination of deliveries, ideally also in non-European countries /li liFluent Italian and English language (verbal written) /li liGood knowledge of French and Spanish language (verbal and written) /li liInitial experiences in the chemicals industry, and is familiar with dry and liquid bulk chemical shipments would be advantageous /li liGood knowledge of merchandize management system (Axapta or SAP or similar) /li liExperience in order processing /li liExperience in logistics /li liQualified in order processing and import/export by a relevant apprenticeship (ex: foreign trade or forwarding merchant) would be advantageous /li liWork effectively with other team members, willing to share knowledge and skills /li liAbility to assess, prioritise and manage own workload /li liAbility to work to strict deadlines /li liGood Microsoft Excel Word skill and some SAP experience /li /ul pbAll applicants for the Sales Administrator must have the right to work in Italy as the Company is not able to offer visa support. /b /p pb*When contacting us, please include the job reference number (Ref: WL46772) at the top of your message. /b /p pemIf your application is successful, you will be contacted within two business days. /em /p pemWe regret that due to the high volume of applications we receive we cannot provide feedback on individual CVs. /em /p /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
