We are looking to expand our team in our Voula office in Athens, Greece and are seeking an experienced Travel Planner, focused on incoming travel to Greece.
Applicants should be highly motivated individuals seeking a career path featuring exceptional opportunities for personal and professional growth.
Responsibilities include:
Master Travelive destinations, itineraries, and services with a primary focus on Greece
Create client profiles and prepare client quotations.
Ensure all inquiries are handled precisely and promptly, ensuring thorough understanding of client requirements.
Convert inquiries to sales and meet sales targets
Offer bespoke travel solutions tailored to individual client needs, crafting unique itineraries to fulfill specific requests.
Maintain organized communication, quotations, and reports
Stay current with the travel industry and destination trends, our company, industry training and tools
Qualified applicants should have:
In-depth knowledge of travel destinations in Greece
Experience planning and selling luxury travel in Greece
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Company CRM and Booking Platform




Team-oriented mindset, extremely motivated, and able to work independently
Ability to operate in a fast-paced environment and work under pressure
Strong organizational skills and the ability to set priorities and meet deadlines
Candidates should embody a sociable, passionate, and sophisticated demeanor
Fluency in English both written and verbal
Minimum of 4 years' experience in the travel industry and especially in Greek travel market
Impeccable attention to detail ensuring flawless execution of all travel arrangements.
