Candidates must be available, flexible and eligible to travel within Europe as required.RequirementsInstall, assemble, and commission sophisticated semiconductor manufacturing equipment at customer fabrication facilities according to our client specifications and safety standardsPerform mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, vacuum, and process utility hookups required for equipment installation and startupConduct tool alignment, calibration, startup, and functional testing to verify equipment performance and operational readinessWhen required, performs regular preventive maintenance on existing systems, checks out and approves operational quality of system equipment; Ensure compliancewith semiconductor cleanroom protocols, contamination control requirements, and EHS (Environmental, Health & Safety) regulationsVerify proper installation of process gas, chemical delivery, vacuum, exhaust, cooling water, and electrical systems associated with semiconductor equipmentPerform equipment inspections and quality checks to ensure installations meet customer standardsDocument installation activities, technical findings, system modifications, and commissioning results in accordance with company proceduresSupport equipment upgrades, retrofits, relocations, and technology conversions within high-volume manufacturing environmentsTrain customer personnel on equipment operation, basic maintenance procedures, and safety requirements following installationMaintain accurate records of materials, tools,
components, and project progress using company reporting systemsAdhere to all lockout/tagout (LOTO), electrical safety, hazardous materials handling, and cleanroom safety requirementsWork effectively in fast-paced semiconductor fabrication environments while meeting demanding production and project deadlinesGuarantees customer's satisfaction, maintaining daily communication, building effective relationships and partnering with them to jointly lead the growth of our industry.Profile & RequirementsValid driving licence and willingness to travel.
Travel to domestic and international customer sites to support equipment installations and project deployments is requiredEU work authorisation requiredMinimum 1 year of technical, electrical, or mechanical experience.
Ideally 2-3 yearsGood communication skills in English (professional level required), written and oralStrong problem-solving and analytical skillsAbility to interpret engineering drawings, schematics, installation manuals, and technical documentation to ensure accurate system integrationAbility to work independently and within a teamCustomer-focused with excellent time management and organisational skillsPreferred QualificationsCompleted professional training in a technical field (e.G. mechatronics technician, electrical/electronic field); Experience in electronics, pneumatics, or vacuum systemsPreferred previous experience with semiconductor capital equipment and understanding of industry standards and best practices for semiconductor equipment service activitiesOpen to candidates from other industries, including aviation, manufacturing, mechanics, and other hands-on technical rolesProficiency in Microsoft Office SuiteFluent Italian and English is essential, both written and oral.
