Overview

As a Junior Power Originator, you will support the development and execution of PPAs and RtM agreements across European electricity markets. You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams to explore commercial opportunities for wind, solar, and storage assets, contributing to the company’s renewable energy commercialization goals. You’ll engage with industry events, perform market analysis, and help prepare proposals and contract materials. This role offers international exposure and a path to grow within a mission-driven, diverse organization.

Responsabilità

- Identify and develop commercial opportunities across Europe
- Participate in international industry events, fairs, and conferences
- Perform market analysis on pricing trends, regulation, competitors, and opportunities
- Support origination, evaluation, and execution of PPA and RtM transactions
- Assist in negotiating and drafting commercial agreements
- Prepare commercial proposals, pricing analyses,



and internal approvals
- Support negotiations and contract execution with senior originators and traders
- Collaborate with Legal, Finance, Development, Technical, Risk, Trading, and Back Office to deliver bankable solutions
- Maintain transaction pipelines, market intelligence, and internal reporting

Requisiti fondamentali

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Economics, Engineering, Business, Finance, Energy, or related discipline
- Up to 2 years of experience in renewable energy, power markets, energy trading, consulting, or related roles
- Strong interest in renewable energy and European electricity markets
- Basic understanding of PPAs, RtM agreements, and electricity pricing mechanisms
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- High proficiency in Microsoft Office, Excel and PowerPoint
- Fluent English; Spanish, Italian, or Portuguese would be advantageous
