Overview

As a Graduate Geotechnical Engineer at Arup in Milan, you will support the Infrastructure and Structural teams on national and international projects, working both in field and office. You will plan and supervise ground investigations, ensuring accurate data collection and reporting. You will contribute to technical analysis, modelling and reporting, applying academic knowledge to real-world challenges. You will communicate design solutions and engage in geotechnical research with Arup’s global networks, within a collaborative, learning-focused environment.

Responsabilità

- Plan, supervise and report on ground investigations with precise data collection
- Contribute to technical analysis, modelling and reporting for infrastructure projects




- Communicate design solutions (foundations, retaining structures, underground structures, slopes and earthworks) to diverse audiences
- Engage in geotechnical research with global networks and partners
- Collaborate with Infrastructure and Structural teams on cross-project activities

Requisiti fondamentali

- Master in Geotechnical Engineering (or equivalent)
- Plan to acquire membership with Ordine degli Ingegneri
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Finite element analyses skills
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
- High motivation, proactivity, willingness to take on new challenges
- Interest in digital space, 3D modelling, scripting, or GIS (advantage)
