Overview

In this role you will drive growth and market positioning for ABB's Enclosure portfolio in Italy. You’ll collaborate with customers, sales, channel partners, and factories to promote and develop products, shaping go-to-market strategies aligned with global objectives. You will monitor market trends, identify opportunities, and support new product launches while improving customer satisfaction. Your work will connect technical features to customer value and reinforce ABB’s market leadership.

Responsabilità

- Develop and implement product marketing strategies for the enclosure portfolio in Italy
- Define value propositions, product positioning, and go-to-market initiatives
- Monitor market trends, competition, customer needs, and regulatory changes
- Collaborate with local/global product management to provide market insights and support launches
- Drive customer satisfaction and contribute to NPS improvements




- Create business plans and commercial initiatives to expand ABB’s presence across markets
- Participate in customer visits, events, and channel partner activities to strengthen market position

Requisiti fondamentali

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering or related technical field
- 2+ years of experience in Product Marketing, Product Management, Technical Sales, Marketing, or Business Development in electrical industry
- Ability to translate technical features into customer-focused value propositions
- Excellent communication and presentation skills with cross-functional and international experience
- Proactive, results-oriented, comfortable in cross-functional and international environments
- Fluency in Italian and English (spoken and written)
