Overview
As Country Manager, you will steer the Italian operations to align with the group’s profitability, client satisfaction, and long-term growth goals. You will shape regional strategy, manage P&L; and budgets, and lead a high-performance management team. You’ll liaise with Global HQ to apply global standards locally, driving expansion and strong stakeholder partnerships. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who thrives in entrepreneurial settings within a growing, international company.
Responsabilità
- Provide vision and guidance aligned to company goals and values emphasizing profitability and long-term growth
- Formulate and implement growth-focused strategies leveraging regional presence and supply chain
- Manage P&L;, budgets, financial performance and resource allocation
- Build and maintain relationships with clients and partners
- Lead and mentor the management team to foster collaboration and high performance
- Coordinate with Global HQ to deploy standards and best practices locally
Requisiti fondamentali
- Master in Engineering or Business Administration
- proven leadership and results in entrepreneurial environments
