Overview

In this strategic role, you serve as the Functional Lead within a dedicated project team through the full software development lifecycle, focusing on Hogan CAMSII onboarding projects. You bridge client requirements and technical delivery, translating banking needs into robust functional specifications and guiding quality assurance activities. You will participate in testing and UAT, with travel to client sites as needed. This position combines deep CAMSII expertise with banking process mastery to drive successful client onboarding and project outcomes.

Responsabilità

- Act as the project team's functional lead ensuring alignment between business goals and technical delivery
- Bridge client requirements to the technical team,



translating banking needs into functional specs
- Perform FSD per Hogan methodology starting from business requirements
- Participate in testing strategy and UAT with the client

Requisiti fondamentali

- CAMSII
- English: C1 Advanced
- Willingness to travel
- Italian language (nice to have)
- experience in onboarding projects or banking domain
