Overview

In this role you ensure efficient product availability by managing the supply flow and coordinating with manufacturing, QA, Regulatory, Marketing and Finance. You monitor shipments, stock levels and launch activities, contributing to smooth operations across sites. You will tackle supply issues, clearance, labeling, and quarantine releases, while supporting new product introductions. This role offers impact in a mission-driven pharma environment with cross-functional collaboration and continuous improvement.

Responsabilità

- Manage product supply flow and monitor shipments with site planners




- Oversee customs clearance with external partners
- Control labeling and release from quarantine with Quality
- Monitor out-of-stock levels and prepare reports
- Handle AIFA communications on out-of-stock issues with Regulatory Affairs
- Support launches with forecasting, GMID creation and delivery follow-up

Requisiti fondamentali

- At least 2 years of experience in Supply Chain
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Excellent knowledge of Excel
- Fluency in Italian and English
- Collaborative mindset and proactive approach
