Overview

In this role, you drive revenue and occupancy for Park Hyatt Milano by developing relationships with key clients and channels in selected markets. You collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Reservations to meet targets, inform strategy with market feedback, and uphold Hyatt brand standards. The position blends strategic account development with hands-on sales activity in a luxury hotel setting. This role offers exposure to high-profile clientele and cross-functional collaboration in a cosmopolitan hotel environment.

Responsabilità

- increase hotel occupancy and total revenue through relationship-building with main stakeholders
- solicit and develop new business from identified market segments




- maintain data quality in relevant databases and review accounts with the Director of Sales & Marketing
- attend trade shows and promotions to maintain high marketplace visibility
- liaise with Event Sales Manager to align guest needs with offerings
- contribute to marketing strategy with market feedback and ideas to boost sales
- assist in implementing the annual Sales & Marketing Plan and budget control
- oversee reservations coordination and ensure timely follow-up on inquiries
- entertain clients regularly and execute the sales solicitation strategy
- support training of Sales Coordinator and collaborate with Reservations and other departments
