Responsabilità

- Client management: act as primary client contact, manage expectations, and communicate progress
- Project delivery: plan, execute, and monitor projects to meet scope, time, and quality requirements
- Team leadership: oversee project managers and delivery staff, mentor and provide feedback
- Process improvement: identify and implement delivery best practices for efficiency




- Risk management: identify risks, develop mitigations, and escalate issues when needed
- Industry knowledge: stay informed on banking tech trends and identify new opportunities
