pDuties and Responsibilitiesbr/As Front Office Manager, I will assume full responsibility for the efficient operation of theFront Office department to provide exceptional products and services within brand operating standards.br/The duties and responsibilities will include:br/ /pulliHave a thorough knowledgeof all facilities and services offered by the hotel includingtype of rooms available as well as their location and layout,selling status, rates, and benefits of all packages plans,credit policy of the hoteland reservation coding. /liliUnderstand the hotel's policy on guaranteed reservations and no-shows. /liliProcess advance deposits on reservations. /liliTrack future room availabilitieson the basis ofreservations. Iam able todetermine room rates based on the selling tactics of the resort. /liliOversee the management of the guest history and profile system in conjunction with the Reservations Manager. /liliWork in partnership with Guest Services, Reservations, Housekeeping and FB to ensure guest’s needs are determined/metand oversee the overall smooth operation of guest arrivals. /liliEnsure that all set policies, procedures, best practices are in place and rigorously enforced. /liliInstill a cost-focused philosophy through training and education. /liliOperate the property consistent with all legal, statutory and financial requirements and documentation, reporting systems, contractual obligations, security and safety protocols, communications, product and service standards, host management practices and budgetary controls.br/ /li /ulbQualificationsbr/ /bTo execute the position of Front Office Manager, I must have the required qualifications, technical skills and experience in a similar role in luxury hotels with proven results and includes the following:br/ulliPossess a Bachelor’s degree in Hotel Management,

Business Administration or related field plus two-four years front office/guest services experience including supervisory experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience. /liliFluent in English and Italian; I understand that additional languages are preferred. /liliValid authorization to work in Italy is required.
