As we continue to grow and deliver exceptional guest experiences, we are seeking dynamic bHotel Manager /b to lead, oversee and manage all aspects of hotel operations at our hotel in Pesaro. /p h3Position Overview: /h3 pThe bHotel Manager /b will be responsible for ensuring the smooth and efficient running of the hotel, overseeing day-to-day operations, managing the team, and ensuring the highest level of guest satisfaction. /p h3Key Responsibilities: /h3 ul libLeadership Team Management: /b Lead and manage all hotel departments including front office, housekeeping, food beverage, and maintenance. Ensure staff is trained, motivated, and working collaboratively to achieve operational excellence. /li libGuest Experience: /b Ensure an exceptional guest experience by maintaining high service standards, addressing guest concerns, and overseeing quality control in all aspects of the guest stay. /li libOperations Management: /b Oversee the daily operations of the hotel, including budgeting,
financial performance, staff schedules, inventory, and resources. /li libFinancial Oversight: /b Monitor hotel’s financial performance, manage expenses, and work towards achieving and exceeding revenue targets. /li libStaff Development: /b Foster a positive work environment by encouraging teamwork, providing ongoing training, and developing staff to grow within the company. /li libCompliance Safety: /b Ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements, as well as maintaining health, safety, and cleanliness standards across the hotel. /li libMarketing Promotions: /b Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to develop strategies for promoting the hotel, driving occupancy, and maximizing revenue during peak and off-peak seasons. /li /ul h3Qualifications: /h3 ul libProven experience /b as a bHotel Manager /b or in a similar senior management position, preferably in the hospitality industry. /li liStrong bleadership and team management skills /b, with the ability to inspire and motivate a diverse team. /li liExcellent bcommunication, organizational, and problem-solving skills /b. /li liA hands-on approach with a strong battention to detail. /b /li liIn-depth knowledge of bhotel management softwares /b and basic financial principles. /li liA passion for hospitality and providing outstanding bguest experiences /b. /li liFluent in bItalian English /b /li /ul #J-18808-Ljbffr
