This role offers a unique opportunity to drive the online growth of our Prestige & Niche brand portfolio by developing and implementing best-in-class e-commerce and e-tailing strategies.
The successful candidate will play a key role in building strong partnerships with online retailers, maximizing brand visibility across digital channels, and ensuring excellence in online execution while collaborating closely with cross-functional teams and Global stakeholders.Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement local e-tailing plans, defining and executing online growth strategies in collaboration with Sales and Trade Marketing teams to ensure a seamless omnichannel approach; - Build and maintain strong relationships with key e-retailers, leading regular business reviews and strategic discussions to drive long-term partnerships and sustainable growth; - Define, negotiate, and monitor e-retailer activation plans, ensuring alignment with business objectives and agreed joint commitments; - Monitor the online visibility and performance of key product lines, ensuring best-in-class product listings, content quality, imagery, and digital visual merchandising across all online accounts; - Analyze sales performance, customer behavior, and market trends to identify growth opportunities and optimize commercial activities; - Prepare competitive analyses and ad hoc reports on key trading periods, competitor strategies,
and relevant market activations; - Plan, execute, and monitor Retail Media campaigns to maximize brand visibility and commercial performance across e-commerce platforms; - Coordinate SEO,Ratings & Reviews, and content optimization initiatives to improve online discoverability and conversion; - Manage Social Sampling campaigns and CRM lead acquisition activities, supporting customer engagement and database growth; - Collaborate closely with Marketing, Trade Marketing, CRM, Sales, and other cross-functional teams to ensure consistency and effectiveness across all digital touchpoints; - Maintainongoing alignment with Global teams to ensure local execution is consistent with international guidelines, priorities, and brand strategies; - Support the continuous development of digital commerce capabilities and identify new opportunities to accelerate online business growth.Competences:Ideally, the person we are looking for this position should possess:- 5–6 years of experience in a similar role within the Beauty industry; - Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Economics, Marketing, or related fields; - Fluency in Italian & English is a must; Spanish is considered aplus; - Strong understanding of e-commerce dynamics, online retail environments,
