Reporting directly to the bDigital Manager /b, you will hold the responsibility of developing and executing a global digital media paid strategy across different media channels, ensuring consistency and alignment across Amplifon’s regions and countries. /p pYou will be a "hands-on" specialist who understands the logic behind media platforms while effectively coordinating with external agencies to drive results. /p h3Main Responsibilities /h3 ul libStrategy Execution: /b Develop and implement digital media activities to generate qualified leads and appointments in alignment with the Global Digital Marketing strategy. /li libPlatform Management: /b Plan and manage paid search (Google Ads, Bing), paid social (Meta, TikTok), and display/programmatic performance campaigns. /li libAgency Coordination: /b Coordinate with media agencies to plan, optimize, and monitor results for all digital channels. /li libBudget Support: /b Support the Digital Manager in budget allocation activities,
working directly with the media team and external partners to maximize ROI. /li libPerformance Analysis: /b Monitor and report on performances from BI dashboards, identifying opportunities for fine-tuning and optimization. /li libInnovation Experimentation: /b Stay curious and experiment with new tools and marketing stacks, leveraging advanced AI tools to engage our audience authentically. /li libStakeholder Management: /b Manage relationships with local digital teams to share results, propose improvements, and ensure proper execution of the digital strategy at a local level. /li /ul h3Your Profile /h3 ul libExperience: /b 2+ years of experience in digital advertising, media planning, or campaign management. /li libTechnical Skills: /b Proficiency with bGoogle Ads /b and bMeta Business Manager /b (Facebook/Instagram) is essential. ul liUnderstanding of other platforms such as bTikTok /b and programmatic DSPs. /li liHigh proficiency in bMicrosoft Office Suite /b, particularly bExcel /b (Pivot tables, V-Lookups) and bPowerPoint /b. /li liFamiliarity with analytics, tracking, and reporting tools. /li liSensitivity over content that converts and editing techniques. /li /ul /li libAdaptability: /b A flexible mindset regarding technology, with a hunger for learning and a willingness to experiment with new AI and digital tools. /li libLanguages: /b bFluent English /b is a key prerequisite, both written and oral. /li libSoft Skills: /b Organized, detail-oriented, and a data-driven decision-maker. ul liAble to work under pressure and meet deadlines while maintaining a positive, energetic attitude. /li liA proactive team player with grit and determination. /li /ul /li /ul /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
