Create, oversee and promote a safety-first culture
Analyze and implement changes to sustain high quality and productivity

Oversee projects to streamline processes and improve service quality
Assess shift performance against business objectives and drive improvements
Collaborate with management to standardise shift practices
Own and drive process improvements and contingency tasks on site
Mentor and role-model for new managers
Requisiti fondamentali
Bachelor or Master degree
Experience managing teams
Experience communicating with stakeholders at all levels
Experience in data-driven business operations
Fluent Italian and English (C1 or higher)
