Responsabilità
Implement HR strategies, policies, and processes within the manufacturing plant
Serve as a trusted partner to management and employees on the shop floor
Manage the full employee lifecycle (recruitment, onboarding, development, performance, engagement, offboarding)
Drive organizational development, employee engagement,
and operational excellence initiatives
Build strong relationships with managers and staff to translate workforce needs into practical solutions
Support plant performance and sustainable growth through people initiatives
