Overview
In this Area Manager role, you will lead site operations to ensure safe, high-quality, on-time order fulfillment.
You'll drive productivity through process improvements and cross-team collaboration, while mentoring new managers.
You'll own safety culture, monitor performance, and push for operational excellence across shifts.
This is a hands-on leadership position that shapes how a Fulfillment Center delivers for customers at scale.

Create and drive a culture of safety and wellbeing
Analyze and implement changes to sustain high quality and productivity
Oversee projects to streamline processes and boost service quality




Analyze shift performance against business objectives and take improvement actions
Collaborate with management to standardise shift practices
Oversee routine team management and wide-scale process improvements
Requisiti fondamentali
Bachelor's degree
Relevant people management experience
Experience communicating with a wide range of stakeholders
Experience using data or anecdotal evidence to influence decisions
Advanced proficiency in English (CEFR C1)
Advanced proficiency in Italian (CEFR C1)
