Overview

In this role you will manage the Repair & Return lifecycle for Siemens, ensuring warranty handling, repair operations, quotations, supplier orders, and returns are executed smoothly. You will work closely with technical, administrative, repair centers and HQ teams, as well as external stakeholders to meet customer and Siemens requirements. The position blends customer service with cross-functional coordination in a hybrid Milan setting, offering growth and exposure to end-to-end service processes. You will contribute to a culture of learning, inclusion, and delivery excellence, making a tangible impact on service quality and turnaround times.

Responsabilità

- Manage end-to-end Warranty, Repair and Return processes (warranty claims, repair operations, customer quotations, supplier orders,



order fulfillment, product returns)
- Coordinate with technical, administrative, Repair Centers and Siemens HQ teams to meet requirements
- Engage with external stakeholders to ensure alignment on Repair & Return activities

Requisiti fondamentali

- Basic knowledge of electrotechnics and electronics
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office 365 Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, OneDrive)
- Bachelor in Electrical or Electronics Engineering or similar technical field (or equivalent)
- Strong willingness to learn and adopt new tools
- Strong teamwork, diplomacy, and interpersonal communication skills
- Proactive mindset with customer service orientation, with ability to work autonomously
- Proficiency in English and Italian
