preparation and validation of wellbore construction and lower completion activities /li liEngage with clients to understand objectives and deliver tailored technical solutions /li liAnalyze job performance and drive product/process improvements; perform engineering modelling for hazards and incidents /li liCollaborate with service delivery, sales and other stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution /li /ul h3Requisiti fondamentali /h3 ul li10+ years in wellbore construction and lower completion /li li5+ years in an applications engineering management role /li liBachelor in Petroleum Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field /li liStrong understanding of wellbore construction, lower completions, and related technologies /li liProficiency in product line modelling (e.g. hydraulics, torque and drag, tube move) /li liProven leadership across cross-border engineering teams with good communication /li liProblem-solving ability for complex technical issues /li liClient-focused with experience in client interactions /li liFluent in English; Italian proficiency preferred /li liWillingness to travel /li /ul ul listrong communication and interpersonal skills /li lileadership and team development /li liclient-focused mindset /li liwellbore construction /li lilower completions /li liproduct line modelling (hydraulics, torque and drag, tube move) /li /ul #J-18808-Ljbffr
