Overview
In this role you drive growth for Salesforce's Customer 360 platform by cultivating key stakeholder relationships and shaping long-term account strategy. You will own the end-to-end sales process, coordinating cross-functional resources to deliver customer value and expand footprint within assigned accounts. The role combines strategic territory planning with proactive prospecting to unlock new opportunities. You will thrive in a fast-paced, highly collaborative environment while advancing Salesforce’s AI-powered offerings and customer outcomes.
Responsabilità
- Build and maintain executive-level relationships and ensure customer satisfaction
- Develop and execute long-term account strategy aligned with business objectives
- Lead end-to-end sales process with cross-functional resources (SEs, PS, Executives, Partners)
- Identify territory opportunities and formalize go-to-market targets within 30 days
- Position Salesforce value proposition to existing and new customers
- Drive account growth within assigned portfolio
Requisiti fondamentali
- Degree or equivalent relevant experience
- 8–10 years in technology sales, preferably software/business applications
- Solid forecasting and revenue achievement in the Italian market
- Track record of net new business and quota overachievement
- Experience with inbound/outbound prospecting and closing new business
- Fluent in Italian and English
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Thrives in a fast-paced environment
- Self-motivated with minimal supervision
- Ability to build cases and craft strategic alliances
- Sales forecasting abilities
- Sales methodology knowledge
