webinars and enablement materialsProvide Hypercare support post-deployment as a trusted advisor to usersDefine and track adoption KPIs and business outcome metrics to demonstrate solution valueWhat We're Looking For3+ years in Business Analysis, Customer Success, Adoption or Change Management, ideally in energy and SaaSStrong understanding of distribution grid operations, grid planning and IT/OT landscapesAbility to translate complex technical and business xysqume processes into practical customer solutionsExperience with change methodologies such as Prosci or Kotter (desirable)Excellent communication, facilitation and stakeholder management skillsProfessional proficiency in English and ItalianWhy This RoleYou'll play a key part in accelerating grid modernisation, helping energy distribution customers turn cutting-edge software into real operational impact.
