Walking with purpose, delighting people with a playful, sustainable and responsible walking experience. /p h3About The Role /h3 pWe are currently looking for an Assistant Store Manager to co‑lead one of our Camper stores in Paris; an individual who is passionate, proactive, and aligned with our brand values: REAL, IMAGINATIVE, PLAYFUL and CARING. /p pAs a Camper Assistant Store Manager, your mission will be to work in partnership with the Store Manager in the execution of all store activities to attain the objectives in terms of sales, service and business growth. /p pWe’re counting on you to offer the full brand experience to our omnichannel consumers, develop the team’s potential and oversee all the operations of the store in order to achieve the best level of customer service and business efficiency. /p h3Your Main Tasks Will Be /h3 ul liCustomer Experience Management: Our clients matter! You will have a crucial role in ensuring that the level of customer satisfaction is met by providing an outstanding service and developing long‑term relationships with our customers at an omnichannel level. /li liTeam Management: Camper people are the key asset at Camper! You will be taking on the role of co‑leader within the team, actively participating in the recruitment process, acting as a trainer/coach, always leading by example. /li liBusiness Results Efficiency: Optimizing is our ultimate goal. You are required to support the Store Manager in managing the point of sale efficiently taking business analysis into account.
/li liBrand image: Each store embodies the Company’s culture, values and principles. You will be responsible for Camper brand image towards our customers, with the aim of ensuring a premium image aligned with the Company’s identity and ESG principals. /li liOperational excellence: In the omnichannel era, operations are a key and have a great impact on the connection chain with the customer. You will carry out store operations according to the Company’s Policies Procedures. Organization leads to efficiency. /li /ul h3About You /h3 pYou are our perfect match if: /p ul liYou are passionate about Retail, in all of its shades (in‑store and omnichannel). /li liYou have minimum 1 years of experience leading a team. /li liYou are flexible and available to work full‑time. /li liYou stress the importance of customer centricity and you have a strong omnichannel orientation. /li liYou have a strong team spirit, great energy and team management skills. /li liYou are a great communicator and decision‑maker and are highly results‑oriented. /li liYou encourage and promote curiosity, diversity and collaboration through your innovative mindset. /li liYou can speak fluent French and English.
