Overview

In this role you will transform diverse data into actionable insights to support strategic decisions across Ferrero’s global markets. You will work within the Global Data Science & AI team to solve complex business challenges using advanced analytics and AI-driven methods, with emphasis on production readiness and scalability. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional partners to deliver contextual insights through dashboards and self-service tools, driving data-informed growth. The opportunity centers on leveraging cutting-edge techniques while shaping Ferrero’s analytics capabilities. This role offers remote flexibility and exposure to high-value projects across categories and geographies.

Responsabilità

- Analyze diverse data sources (sales, marketing, promotions, pricing, macro indicators) and build statistical and AI models




- Develop and deploy analytical solutions using traditional ML and emerging approaches like Generative AI and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG)
- Design data cleansing and classification pipelines for retail sell-out, eCommerce, digital shelf metrics, shopper behavior, surveys, and third-party datasets
- Create automation scripts for analytical pipelines and explore AI-powered data preparation, processing, and model validation
- Build interactive Power BI dashboards and develop self-service tools for stakeholder access to insights and models
- Collaborate with a team of data scientists and cross-functional partners to foster innovation and adopt new technologies

Requisiti fondamentali

- Master in Computer Science, Information Technology, Mathematics, Statistics or related field
- experience in applied data science roles, ideally in FMCG manufacturing
- proficiency in Power BI, Azure, Spark, Scala, and Google Analytics
- familiarity with Databricks is advantageous
- strong analytical and communication skills in English
- ability to translate analytical results into business recommendations
