h3Responsibilities /h3ulliBuild and execute a multi-year pipeline of data center, powered-land, power, and infrastructure opportunities. /liliSource greenfield projects, JV partnerships, project acquisitions, and MA opportunities across key U.S. markets. /liliDevelop and maintain relationships with developers, landowners, power companies, infrastructure firms, and other strategic partners. /liliLead opportunities through evaluation and execution, coordinating with power, engineering, development, finance, and commercial teams. /liliManage financial analysis, risk assessment, underwriting, pipeline prioritization, and investment committee/board materials. /li /ulh3Requirements /h3ulliSenior-level business development or project origination experience within data centers/HPC infrastructure.



/liliStrong understanding of the data center ecosystem, including power availability, land, development readiness, and infrastructure constraints. /liliProven ability to originate opportunities through market outreach, relationship building, and direct partner engagement. /liliExperience evaluating greenfield developments, JVs, project acquisitions, or MA opportunities. /liliWorking knowledge of power markets and experience collaborating cross-functionally with technical, commercial, finance, and executive teams. /li /ul #J-18808-Ljbffr
