ppWe are looking for an IT Support Technician to provide technical assistance to end users and troubleshoot hardware, software, and network-related issues. /ph3Key Responsibilities /h3ulliProvide bL1/L2 IT support /b to end users. /liliTroubleshoot desktops, laptops, printers, mobile devices, and peripherals. /liliInstall, configure, and maintain hardware and software. /liliTroubleshoot basic bLAN, Wi-Fi, network, and connectivity issues /b. /liliPerform hardware replacement, cabling, and basic device configuration. /liliSupport Windows operating systems, Microsoft Office, and common business applications. /liliCreate, update, and resolve incidents through the IT service desk/ticketing system. /liliEscalate complex technical issues to the appropriate support teams. /liliMaintain IT asset and support documentation.



/liliProvide onsite and remote technical support as required. /li /ulh3Required Skills /h3ulli1–3 years of experience in bIT Support / Desktop Support / Technical Support /b. /liliGood knowledge of bWindows, hardware, software, and basic networking /b. /liliExperience troubleshooting bLAN, Wi-Fi, printers, laptops, desktops, and peripherals /b. /liliBasic knowledge of bTCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, and network connectivity /b. /liliGood troubleshooting and communication skills. /liliAbility to work independently and provide onsite technical support. /li /ulpPreferred: Experience with ITSM/ticketing tools, Active Directory, Microsoft 365, and basic network troubleshooting. /p /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
