/p h3AFR Import OPS/CS Team Leader /h3 pLocation: Bentivoglio (BO) /p pReports to: BLQ Station Manager /p h3Key tasks: /h3 ul liCoordinate and oversee AFR Import operations, ensuring service delivery for internal and external customers in line with customer requirements, operational excellence standards, regulatory compliance and business objectives.
/li liLead, coach and develop the team, fostering employee engagement, accountability, continuous improvement and achievement of operational, service and productivity KPIs.
/li liMonitor day-to-day operations, allocate resources effectively, prioritize workloads and ensure compliance with agreed service levels, schedules and performance targets.
/li liEnsure the effective management of customer requirements, complex shipments and supply chain activities, proactively addressing operational issues, customer escalations and service disruptions.
/li liAct as the first point of escalation for customers,
suppliers and network-related issues, ensuring timely resolution and appropriate escalation when required.
/li liDrive productivity, profitability and operational efficiency through the analysis of performance indicators and process optimization, customer portfolio profitability and implementation of corrective actions where necessary.
/li liBuild and maintain strong relationships with customers, conduct regular customer reviews, promote customer retention and identify opportunities for business growth and service expansion.
/li liMonitor customer feedback and service performance, promoting a customer-centric culture and implementing continuous improvement initiatives to enhance service quality and operational efficiency.
/li liDefine, implement and maintain operational standards, procedures and best practices, ensuring adherence to compliance requirements and consistent execution of shipments and operational activities.
/li liConduct regular performance reviews and team discussions to identify improvement opportunities, support professional development and foster a collaborative, safe and high?
performing working environment (performance dialogs, gemba walk, safe and motivating atmosphere).
/li liCollaborate with internal functions, department and external stakeholders to ensure seamless operational execution, supplier performance management and achievement of business objectives.
