pSelect how often (in days) to receive an alert: /p pPosting Date: 30 Sept 2026 /p pLocation: Induno Olona, IT /p pEntity / company: Carlsberg Italia /p h3Fleet, Facilities Excellence Trainee /h3 pbWhat you will do — Key Responsibilities /b /p pYou will join the Integrated Supply Chain function at our Induno Olona site and will be responsible for the company fleet and facilities across Italian sites, excluding the Induno Olona brewery, while supporting the Carlsberg Excellence agenda through cross-functional collaboration, continuous improvement initiatives, 5S audits, documentation, and training activities. The role contributes to operational efficiency, cost control, supplier management, and the implementation of best practices across the organization. /p pResponsible for country fleet management, including third-party services: /p ulliDefine requirements and manage orders for new company cars or reallocations of the existing ones. /liliManage the external provider responsible for fleet administration. /liliMonitor and manage fleet-related costs. /liliUpdate fleet management documentation and KPIs /li /ul pResponsible for facilities management across all Italian sites, excluding the brewery ‘site in Induno Olona: /p ulliCoordinate facility maintenance and service interventions. /liliRequest and evaluate supplier quotations. /liliManage contracts with facility-related suppliers. /liliPurchase equipment and furniture. /liliDefine the facilities budget in collaboration with the Carlsberg Excellence Manager /liliIdentify cost-saving opportunities related to facilities,
including potential site relocations or any other changes related to the offices currently used /li /ul pSupport the Carlsberg Excellence Manager in: /p ulliWorking cross-functionally with other departments and Group functions to demonstrate “one team winning” and ensure the best operational results. /liliIdentifying and implementing continuous improvement opportunities and best practices. /liliConducting 5S audits in collaboration with the relevant departments. /liliPreparing documentation and materials for operators. /liliProvide training to all employees involved in Lean activities. /li /ul pbRequirements /b /p ulliBachelor’s or master’s degree in engineering, economics /li li2/3 years’ experience within a supply chain or operation environment. /li liGood Knowledge of Suite Microsoft /li liCustomer/Consumer Focus /li liCross-team interacting and communicating with impact /li /ul pbCarlsberg Group: Brewing for a better today and tomorrow /b /p pFor us success has always been in the diverse mix of our people, our beers and our brands.
