Responsabilità
Lead and mentor a team of applications engineers and graduates, fostering continuous improvement and technical excellence
Oversee technical planning, preparation, and validation of wellbore construction and lower completion activities to meet client objectives and standards
Engage with clients to understand objectives and provide tailored technical solutions and support
Analyze job performance and provide feedback for product/process improvements; perform offset analyses and engineering modelling to assess hazards and risks
Collaborate with service delivery, sales, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution and client satisfaction
Requisiti fondamentali
Minimum 10 years in wellbore construction and lower completion
At least 5 years in an applications engineering management role
Bachelor's degree in Petroleum Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field
Strong understanding of wellbore construction, lower completions, and related technologies
Proficiency in product line specific modelling (e.g., hydraulics, torque and drag, tube movement)
Proven leadership of cross-border engineering teams with strong communication skills
Problem-solving ability for complex technical issues and solution development
Client-focused experience with ability to understand and meet client needs
Fluent English; Italian proficiency preferred
Willingness to travel to customer facilities, meetings, and training
