You'll work closely with the Engineering Efficiency Lead to empower backend and web engineers across the fintech platform.

You will own end-to-end delivery, shaping scope and prioritizing value for engineers.

Own the work from initial commit to final resolution with clear plans

Shaped scope and manage risks to meet timelines and avoid blockers
