InPost Italy is seeking a highly organized Service Desk Specialist to join our Italian APM Operations Service team.

You will be responsible for dispatching maintenance and repair orders, monitoring ETA and SLA compliance, and expediting orders that risk breaching their SLA.
Key duties include daily monitoring of service tickets, coordinating with xysqume internal and external teams, and ensuring accurate documentation of all dispatch activities.
