You lead a team responsible for Work Preparation and Toolmaking.
Together, you plan and manage projects within the in-house tool shop, ranging from the development of new injection molds to the repair and maintenance of tools used in serial production.
Lead, motivate, and develop the team
Take responsibility for the planning, coordination, and successful execution of projects and orders while meeting quality, cost, and delivery targets
Drive process improvements, organizational efficiency, and cross-functional collaboration
Manage internal toolmaking projects from quotation preparation and work planning through to successful completion




Coordinate closely with the Machining Production Team Leader to ensure the smooth execution of projects and orders
Qualifications
Technical education in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, or a comparable field
Several years of experience in project management and a technical environment, ideally in mechanical engineering and/or toolmaking
Design experience with
Cimatron
is an advantage
Experience in the manufacturing of injection-molded and stamped components
Knowledge of manufacturing processes such as milling, grinding, EDM (electrical discharge machining), and drilling
Very good German and English language skills
Strong leadership and communication skills, combined with a structured and solution-oriented working style
Team player with excellent organizational skills and a strong sense of responsibility and ownership
