You will assess and improve HSE plans, supervise contractor activities, and ensure full regulatory compliance and documentation.
You'll coordinate emergency planning and site safety files, collaborating with cross-functional teams to minimize risk.

evaluate and improve HSE Plans and implement improvement actionsSupervise contractor/subcontractor activities and verify site documentationReview and prepare Safety Plans for construction sitesReview project drawings and POS to identify H&S; issuesEnsure HSE information is visible on site and documentation is compliantPrepare and maintain the site H&S; files per PSC, POS and legal requirementsDevelop emergency plans and establish key information for utilities and servicesControl subcontractor H&S; through briefings and discussionsRequisiti fondamentaliHSE construction experience (3–5 years)Experience in energy projects is an advantage xysqume University Degree in Electrical/Mechanical/Civil Engineering is a plusKnowledge of Italian HSE LegislationFluent English and fluent ItalianHSE planning and on-site safety managementRegulatory compliance (Italian HSE Legislation)Emergency planning and coordinationSite documentation and file managementCoordination with subcontractors and briefing
