As a Group-level function, the team provides a comprehensive and integrated view of the Group's businesses, processes, performance, and key business dynamics, ensuring broad visibility across the organization and supporting effective Group governance and decision-making.The candidate will join the team in an agile, dynamic, and evolving business environment, playing a pivotal role in supporting strategic decision-making by providing detailed financial insights.Main Activities & ResponsibilitiesManagement Consolidation: budget, forecasts, year-end closing, monthly closing, and five-year plan.Variance & Profitability Analysis: Analyze profitability and identify key variances against budget, forecast, and prior-year performance.P&L; Management & Compliance: Ensure accurate income and cost allocations in the Group Management P&L;, aligning with Group guidelines and standards.Reporting & Performance Tracking: Produce weekly and monthly performance reports (sales, headcount, P&L;).
Business Decision Support:



Assist in developing business cases, ad-hoc financial analyses, and presentations for leadership meetings.Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner directly with Group top management, business leaders, and cross-functional teams to drive financial insights.Intercompany Operations: Support intercompany transactions activities, including calculations, variance analysis, and agreement definitions.Job RequirementsEducation: degree in Economics is mandatory.ExperiencePrevious experience of at least 3 years in a similar role, preferably gained within a structured corporate environment.Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (particularly Excel and PowerPoint); knowledge of CCH Tagetik is a plus.Language SkillsFull professional fluency in both English and Italian (written and spoken).
