Responsabilità
- Lead and develop a distributed, cross‑site team with regular 1:1s, goal setting, performance reviews, and conflict management
- Plan and coordinate development activities including milestones, build management, and release processes
- Ensure high technical quality through performance optimization and bug fixing
- Develop complex GUI components and features using Qt6, QML and C++ in an agile setting
- Manage stakeholders by presenting feature roadmaps and providing support and training
Requisiti fondamentali
- Degree in Computer Science, Physics, Mathematics, or a related field
- Experience leading technical teams with performance reviews, mentoring, and conflict management
- 10+ years of GUI development experience with Qt6 and C++ (QML a plus)
- Strong Agile experience (Scrum and Kanban, sprint planning, backlog management)
- Fluent English
