Financial Controller

The ideal candidate should be a qualified accountant, preferably with experience in the hospitality industry, and possess a strong command of both English and Italian, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Key responsibilities will include:

- Managing the day-to-day finance and accounting functions of the Group's companies.
- Overseeing operational finance and ensuring effective financial controls across the business.
- Monitoring financial performance, budgets, cash flow, and reporting.
- Ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting and compliance with relevant accounting standards and statutory requirements.
- Supporting management with financial analysis, business performance monitoring, and decision-making.




- Coordinating with operational teams to ensure effective financial management across the Group.

We are looking for a proactive, hands-on finance professional with strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in an international business environment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From €45,000.00 per year

Experience:

- Hotel Industry: 4 years (Preferred)
- Work : 10 years (Required)
