Overview In this Program Manager role, you drive end-to-end project management for ADAS initiatives, aligning cross-functional teams to deliver on schedule, scope, and budget. You collaborate with customers, suppliers, and internal stakeholders to balance competing demands and advance product introductions. You will manage programs from sourcing through post-launch, ensuring smooth acquisition and execution under PMI-guided processes. This position offers impact in a high-tech, automotive environment where effective communication and problem solving shape project outcomes. Manage projects within the ADAS Business Unit following the company's product introduction process Apply PMI project lifecycle (Initiating, Planning, Executing, Monitoring & Controlling, Closing) Oversee sourcing,



post-launch activities, and acquisition-related support in coordination with program management and sales management Drive project communications with customers, suppliers, project teams, and management; Degree in Engineering, project management or equivalent Confirmed experience in program management (ideally automotive) Customer satisfaction orientation, analytical thinking, problem solving, detail orientation Fluent in Italian and English influence and stakeholder management customer-centric mindset PMI standards project management in automotive context
