pTo support our Company’s growth, we are looking for a Senior Product Manager
- Payload Focus to join our Growth Team reporting to Argotec’s Head of Product Management and take part in the definition of the company’s Product roadmap, ensuring the competitiveness of Products under your responsibility and supporting their development cycles. /p pbDUTIES /b /p pAs a bProduct Manager, /b you will contribute to the definition and implementation of the vision, strategy and roadmap of our products, as well as creating and presenting innovative solutions and decision proposals to the management and stakeholders. This is a great fit for you if a technical role becomes too tight for your vision and you want to translate technology into business and make a repeatable process to fly it on multiple missions. /p pAs a Product Manager, you should have a strong interest in small satellites and upstream business in general, technical acumen (ideally with a focus on Earth Observation and/or telecom payloads) and strategic thinking. You should also have excellent communication and presentation skills, as you will be interacting with various internal and external parties, such as customers, partners, analysts and the press. You should be able to translate complex concepts and data into clear and compelling narratives and visuals. /p pIn this role you will: /p ul liContribute for the Earth Observation and telecom payloads’ development for delivering missions on time and support company’s business goals; /li liParticipate in strategy shaping that drive product development, with particular focus on the payloads; /li liPlan and execute activities oriented in identifying key users’ needs and capture market development opportunities; /li liDefine product requirements,



assist the planning of product design and support the whole development cycles; /li liContribute to the launch of new products/solutions; /li liMonitor market trends, track competitors’ products and put strategies in place to highlight potential risks; /li liReview technical documents (Design Description, ICD, Test Procedures, Technical Specifications etc.); /li liWork closely with other teams to execute company’s strategy; /li liSupport Sales and Marketing teams and related activities (e.g support proposal preparation and events participation); /li liSupport RD in the development of new technologies and Engineering in the execution of product development projects; /li liSupport product-related publications at relevant conferences and events; /li liDevelop long-term relations with partners and potential clients. /li /ul pbGENERAL REQUIREMENTS /b /p ul liBachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Business or related fields; /li liAt least 3-5 years of experience in role related to Systems, Telecom or Aerospace Engineering; /li liAnalytical thinking and proactive problem-solving attitude; /li liExcellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams; /li liExcellent written and oral communication in English. /li /ul pbREQUIRED EXPERIENCE SKILLS /b /p ul liPrevious experience in upstream and satellite sectors, with particular focus on small-sats (70-500 kg); /li liWillingness to learn product development cycles,



from concept definition to market delivery; /li liProven track record of launching products in the market, also within academic projects; /li liExperience in conducting market research, user research, data analysis and testing; /li liExperience in creating and delivering effective presentations and documents, using various tools and formats, such as PowerPoint, Word, Excel, etc.; /li liAbility to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment; /li liAbility to adapt to changing priorities and requirements; /li liAbility to establish and maintain long term business relationships with government, civilian and military entities’ personnel (e.g., ESA, ASI, NASA, DoD) and key aerospace customers. /li /ul pbADDITIONAL ASSETS /b /p ul liAbility to translate a strategic vision in technical requirements; /li liGood knowledge of payloads, including Earth Observation and telecom ones will be considered as a plus; /li liExperience in applying product management methodologies and tools, (such as Open Product Management Workflow, Agile, Scrum, Kanban, etc.); /li liStrong business acumen and financial awareness; /li liEstablished network in the Defense Aerospace industry; /li liKnowledge of space standards (CCSDS, ECSS, MIL etc.); /li liAbility to handle sensitive and classified information as required by government standards. /li /ul h3WHY JOIN ARGOTEC? /h3 ul liOpportunity to work with highly motivated colleagues in a very innovative environment. /li liProfessional training and career development opportunities. /li liFlexible working time schedule and a hybrid work policy. /li liMonthly "Free-Day"
