- Works Construction /bto join our dynamic engineering team to contribute to the activities performed in the Hub: /p h3Role And Responsibilities /h3 ul liProject Management /li liConceptual Design /li liDesign Coordination /li liBuilding construction /li liPlanning, coordination and control of all construction activities /li liManagement of timelines, costs, and resources efficiently /li liEnsure quality, safety, and regulatory compliance /li liCoordination of teams, contractors, and stakeholders /li liMonitoring project progress, risks, and issues resolution /li liManagement of contracts, procurement, and documentation /li /ul h3Education And Experience /h3 ul liEngineering degree (Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, Automation, Industrial) /li li5+ years of experience in engineering and construction projects,



preferably within pharmaceutical sector /li liDesign coordination and project execution /li liBuilding construction/validation /li liEquipment qualification /li liProven experience in managing construction or works projects /liliExperience in project planning, scheduling, and budgeting /li liHands-on experience in site supervision and contractor coordination /li liExperience in contract administration and procurement /li liKnowledge of quality, health, safety, and environmental standards /li liExperience working with contractors, consultants, and stakeholders /li liTrack record of delivering projects on time and within budget /li /ul h3Language /h3 ul liFluent in English and Italian /li /ul h3Technical Skills /h3 ul liPharmaceutical Building Construction /li liHVAC systems design and vaidation /li liConstruction project planning and scheduling /li liWork site management /li liProject management /li liBudgeting, cost control, and financial reporting /li liKnowledge of construction methods and materials /li liHealth, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) compliance /li liRisk assessment and problem-solving skill /li liProficiency in project management and reporting tools /li /ul h3Note: Availability to travel is mandatory /h3 #J-18808-Ljbffr
