The Showroom Seller plays a key role in supporting wholesale sales activities during seasonal selling campaigns, contributing to the achievement of commercial targets and delivering an exceptional experience to wholesale clients. Working closely with the Wholesale team, the role focuses on presenting the collections, managing showroom appointments and supporting the sales process, while consistently representing Stella McCartney's brand identity and values.
Your Mission:
- Welcome and assist wholesale clients and international buyers during showroom appointments, ensuring an excellent customer experience.
- Present seasonal collections, highlighting product features, materials, key styles and brand values.
- Drive sales opportunities and contribute to the achievement of seasonal wholesale targets.
- Guide buyers through the collection, providing product recommendations based on their commercial needs and market positioning.
- Manage the order-taking process, ensuring accuracy and completeness of orders.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with wholesale clients, ensuring a high level of service throughout the selling campaign.
- Coordinate with the Wholesale, Merchandising and Showroom Operations teams to ensure the smooth execution of selling campaigns.
- Monitor client feedback, buying preferences and market trends, sharing relevant insights with the Wholesale team.
- Ensure accurate and timely updates of sales information and orders in internal systems.
Your Talent:
- Previous experience in a sales role,
preferably within luxury fashion, wholesale or showroom environments.
- Strong commercial mindset and passion for the luxury fashion industry.
- Excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills.
- Strong customer service orientation and ability to build relationships with international clients.
- Good understanding of fashion collections, product positioning and wholesale dynamics.
- Excellent organisational skills, attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.
- Proactive, flexible and results-driven attitude.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office; experience with wholesale order management systems is a plus.
- Fluent English; additional languages are considered an advantage.
- Genuine interest in Stella McCartney's brand values, sustainability and responsible fashion.
Daily Net Rate: € 200 - € 250 per day.
