HR Generalist / HR Partner, you will provide comprehensive HR support to a key manufacturing site in Italy, aligning people programs with business goals. You will drive employee relations, performance management, talent acquisition, and policy compliance within a fast-paced, matrixed environment. You will lead engagement, change initiatives, and workforce development to retain top talent and support organizational objectives. This role offers a hands-on opportunity to shape HR practices in a global automation company with a strong operational footprint. and engagement Lead labor/employee relation strategy and related project execution Partner with Talent Acquisition to attract and select talent Design and implement HR programs aligned with long-term business objectives Ensure compliance with HR policies, laws, and regulations Drive changes to improve organizational effectiveness and employee experience 8+ years of HR experience, preferably in an ISC site ~ Strong focus on employee relations, performance management, and talent acquisition ~ In-depth knowledge of HR policies, procedures, and best practices ~ Proficiency with HR software and tools relevant to the role ~ Experience managing investigations and conflict resolution ~ Ability to translate business priorities into practical HR strategies ~ HR policies and compliance ~ talent management and workforce planning ~ performance management processes
