Human Resources Specialist

- Manage the end-to-end HR function for the Italy Design Studio and Retail operations, serving as the primary HR contact for employees and business leaders
- Ensure compliance with Italian employment law and applicable CCNL requirements, covering contracts, leave, working hours, employee relations, disciplinary matters, TFR and exits
- Coordinate recruitment, onboarding, payroll, benefits, attendance, HRMS, performance management and employee lifecycle processes with local partners and the UAE HR team
- Manage INPS, INAIL and statutory HR requirements, employee data, GDPR compliance and HR reporting, ensuring accurate and confidential records
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field
- 5-7 years of practical HR experience in Italy
- Sound knowledge of Italian employment practices, CCNL and HR administration
- Fluency in English and Italian
