- Sviluppa e mantieni processi ETL scalabili per gestire grandi volumi di dati.
- Collabora con data scientist e analisti per comprendere i requisiti dei dati e fornire soluzioni dati di alta qualità.
- Ottimizza i processi di archiviazione e recupero dei dati nei database relazionali, con un focus su Oracle.
- Implementa e gestisci applicazioni containerizzate utilizzando Kubernetes per garantire un'implementazione e un'orchestrazione fluide.
- Applica i principi di GitOps per semplificare il deployment del codice e mantenere pipeline CI/CD per integrazione e distribuzione continue.
- Risolvi problemi legati ai dati e garantisci l'integrità e la sicurezza dei dati.
What we expect from you
- MSc in Computer Science, Mathematics, or equivalent.
- 2 to 5 years of experience in data engineering or a related field.
- Strong Python programming skills with experience in data handling and ETL processes.
- Familiarity with Kubernetes for container orchestration.
- Understanding of GitOps principles and CI/CD practices.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills in English and Italian, both written and verbal.
- Serious motivation for the Employeneurship model of TMC.
What you can expect from us
The position offers a permanent employment contract, and the base gross annual salary (Gross Annual Salary – RAL) will be no less than €34,000, in line with the National Collective Bargaining Agreement (CCNL) for Commerce – Tertiary, Distribution and Services.
TMC is committed to offering a competitive compensation package. At the end of the recruitment process, after assessing the candidate's experience, skills, and qualifications, the company may offer a final gross annual salary higher than the amount stated above.
In line with our business model, the final compensation package also includes a project profit-sharing component, an individual annual learning and development budget of €4,000 net, and an annual welfare allowance. Further details will be provided during the recruitment process, in accordance with the company's applicable policies.
