This role oversees the disciplinary and functional management of MU Site Managers of the region, ensuring consistent performance, adherence to standards, and continuous team development.

Compensation will be aligned with the applicable National Collective Labour Agreement, namely the CBA "Metalmeccanico Industria". Final compensation will be determined by various factors such as work location, education, experience, knowledge, and skills
