In 2025, revenues reached 3.7 billion euros. We are looking for a person to join the Supply Chain organization of the Motorcycle GBU. We are looking for a resource who will cover the role of Capacity Planner. The identified person will have to ensure the highest level of customer service in compliance with inventory objectives and logistical costs, correctly and efficiently planning production capacity (in the medium/long term), optimizing existing capacity through the evaluation of cross-plant opportunities and considering the need to increase/reallocate future capacity for the reference plants and/or processes. They will be responsible for:
- Ensuring the coordination of S&OP; activities for all plants;
- Verifying the consistency of the sales forecast by evaluating its impact on production and inventory;
- Ensuring the correct and optimal allocation of volumes, optimizing inventory levels, plant saturations, customer service, and logistical costs;
- Continuously monitoring capacities and saturations, identifying critical situations and opportunities, acting promptly;
- Ensuring the execution of "what if Scenarios" and feasibility in terms of volume and capacity allocation;
- Facilitating the introduction of production planning tools.
Requirements:
- Degree in Management Engineering or equivalent;
- At least 6 years of experience in the role;
- Strong data analysis skills;
- Excellent knowledge of the Production Planning Process;
- Knowledge of S&OP; (Sales and Operation Planning) processes;
- Excellent knowledge of Sap;
- Excellent proficiency in Excel;
- Knowledge of Power BI;
- Excellent knowledge of the English language;
- Willingness to travel.

- Classification starting from level B3 of the Metalworking CCNL, based on seniority and skills
- RAL starting from €56,000 based on seniority and skills
- MBO starting from 12% of the RAL upon achievement of target
