GRS Recruitment is seeking an Operations Associate on behalf of a fast-growing, innovative technology company in Nicosia. This is a varied, hands-on role supporting customer operations, procurement, billing, collections and hardware shipments. The successful candidate will manage day-to-day administrative processes while helping improve workflows, establish clear procedures and ensure efficient coordination across teams. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Manage vendor and customer procurement registrations, documentation and platform requirements. Prepare manual invoices, renewal quotes and customer orders. Monitor overdue invoices and follow up with customers to support timely collections. Coordinate suppliers, hardware shipments and customs documentation. Track outstanding issues and liaise with Customer Success, Finance and other internal teams. Document processes, maintain operational trackers and identify opportunities to improve efficiency and automation. CANDIDATE PROFILE Degree in Business Administration or a related field. Excellent written English and strong communication skills.
Highly organised, detail-oriented and proactive, with strong follow-through. Comfortable managing repetitive administrative tasks and multiple priorities. Good spreadsheet skills; familiarity with CRM or billing systems is an advantage. Recent graduates and candidates with early-career experience are encouraged to apply.
