Job Overview
We are seeking a highly motivated professional to join our team as an Italian Customer Care Agent | E-Commerce position in Greece. This is an exceptional opportunity for native Italian speakers to advance their careers within the fast-paced retail sector, providing premium support to customers navigating both online platforms and offline retail experiences.
Key Responsibilities
Deliver high-quality customer service support via phone, email, and chat for a global retail brand
Assist customers with order tracking, returns, exchanges, and product inquiries within the e-commerce ecosystem
Resolve complex consumer issues related to both online shopping and physical retail store experiences
Maintain comprehensive records of customer interactions to ensure data accuracy and improve service delivery
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve logistics or supply chain challenges impacting the customer
Contribute to the continuous improvement of customer satisfaction scores by offering efficient, brand-aligned solutions
Stay updated on the latest retail trends and product launches to provide knowledgeable, expert-level advice
Requirements
Native or fluent Italian (spoken and written)
Valid EU passport or work permit (mandatory for these Italian-speaking jobs)
Prior experience in retail, customer service, or e-commerce environments is highly preferred
Strong digital literacy and the ability to navigate complex CRM systems with ease
Excellent communication skills with a customer-centric mindset and a professional tone
High level of reliability and the ability to thrive in a remote work environment while contributing to jobs in Greece
