Customer Value Generation Intern Who is ENGIE? Who are we looking for? A resource to be included in an internship program, with the role of Customer Value Generation Intern at our Milan office within the Global Business Unit OneBtoC. ENGIE One B2C is a leading energy operator for the residential market in six countries, with over 20 million active contracts. Part of the Global Business Unit Supply & Energy Management, it focuses on renewable energies and energy services for business and consumer clients. The goal is to increase electricity distribution by 60% and triple the share of green energy sold by 2030, promoting innovative and sustainable solutions. Digitalization, 2.0 services, and green solutions represent the strategies that the GBU OneBtoC intends to increase. What you will do You will join the Customer Value Generation team, with the aim of supporting the development of digital and commercial initiatives through analysis activities, performance monitoring, and collaboration on cross-functional projects involving different business functions. What will be your responsibilities?
- Support the preparation of business cases, economic analyses, and materials to support initiatives and projects.
- Collect, organize, and analyze data from various sources, contributing to the creation of reports, dashboards, and performance monitoring.
- Collaborate in managing Agile projects, supporting requirements gathering, user story preparation, and activity monitoring.
- Support the team in evaluating new commercial initiatives, digital partnerships, and business improvement opportunities.
- Prepare presentations and documentation for internal and external stakeholders for analysis,
synthesis, and organization of information.

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Economics, Management, Business Administration, Statistical and Economic Sciences, Management Engineering , or related fields.
- We are looking for a curious person, analytically oriented, interested in developing business, digital, and data-driven skills.
- Excellent knowledge of the Office package, especially Excel and PowerPoint .
- Good organizational skills.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and predisposition to teamwork.
- Good knowledge of the English language.
